Orders, Shipping & Returns
Order

Once you have chosen your products, add them to your cart by clicking on  «Add to Shopping Bag»

To finalise your order and proceed to the payment, click on  «Purchase»

The order process has 4 stages:

  • register by creating your account or login, with your email address and password
  •  fill in the delivery information: receiver’s name and address and select your delivery method
  • fill in the payment information
  • review your order and submit it.
Payment

Payments are accepted via Apple Pay, credit card, debit card or PayPal  with a valid billing and shipping address. Accepted credit cards are Visa, American Express,  Mastercard, Ideal, Bancontact and Sofort.

When placing an order, your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card, or we will not be able to process your order.

All transactions are secured. The LE PUR BULLION website is provided with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data. The name of the account holder must match he name of the person placing the order.
When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Delivery

We can ship products to most countries around the world. We typically ship in 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri). You will receive your order in 2-10 business days (Mon-Fri). Please know that we are doing the best we can to get orders out promptly. 
Return

LE PUR BULLION wishes everyone to be satisfied with their purchase.

For any reason that you are not satisfied we would like to help you.

You can return your item(s) if it does not match your expectations, preferences or size. This is possible within 14 days after receiving the order.

Returning an article is only possible when the article:
– is not damaged
– is not worn and/or used
– includes the original packaging

LE PUR BULLION reserves the right to refuse returned items if they do not meet these requirements.
After the return arrives at our office and is checked, you’ll receive your refund via the same payment method that you chose to complete the order. You will receive a notification of this per email. Refunds will be transferred back to you within 7 days after we check the returned item(s).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over €100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sizes

Please be aware that our sneakers are normally slightly bigger than usual sizing. For this reason, in case you are uncertain we suggest getting one size smaller than your usual one.

Don´t forget that in case you get a wrong size, you can very easily return your items within 14 days. Please notice that you can always exchange items for another size/color, but not for a different model.

STOP FAKE

We have adopted a ZERO TOLERANCE policy and have put in place a comprehensive program to deal not only with websites offering fake LE PUR BULLION goods, but the sources thereof, social media, auction platforms and other avenues of trade for fake products.

Keep in mind that when something looks too good to be true, that’s usually what it is worth: websites selling very low priced LE PUR BULLION looking items (so called “Cheap LE PUR BULLION” or “LE PUR BULLION Outlet”) probably do not sell the real thing. Use good sense. Protect yourself. Buy via our authorized retailers and contact us if in doubt!
